Policies & Waiver

Overview

By registering for any High Level Basketball program, you agree to the policies below, including our refund policy, waiver of liability, and media consent.

1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a session — or before the first session of any multi-session program — are eligible for a full refund or credit to the original payment method.

To cancel, please email us with your name, session date, and booking details.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session, including no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.

For multi-session programs:

  • Once the program has started, no refunds will be issued for remaining sessions.

Weather Policy:

  • If High Level Basketball cancels a session due to severe or unsafe weather, all participants will receive a full refund or credit, regardless of timing.

High Level Basketball reserves the right to make final decisions regarding all cancellations and refunds.

2. Scheduling & Program Changes

Due to gym availability and unforeseen circumstances:

  • Session times and locations may change.
  • We will always notify families in advance of any updates.
  • We appreciate your flexibility, as gym scheduling can sometimes be unpredictable.

3. Liability Waiver

By registering, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Participation is at your own risk.
  • High Level Basketball, its coaches, and staff are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss that may occur during training or events.

In the event of an emergency:

  • You authorize High Level Basketball staff to seek medical attention for your child if necessary.
  • You understand that you are responsible for any medical costs incurred.

5. Media Release
